# Overview

The $RAX token is deployed on Base at address `0x3051a5e7AB247eBF2baa7Af9e3B574b344B175E3`.

It serves as the access and coordination mechanism for the RAX Protocol ecosystem. Its primary purpose is to align usage and participation with long-term protocol health, rather than to serve as a speculative asset.
